This project was a complete transformation, turning a modest vacation home into a new year-round residence. Keeping the original cottage, we raised the roof to create a new second floor sleeping loft and add 2 story ceilings in the living room and kitchen. We also added a new master bedroom suite on the east side of the house plus new porches on both the lake and street sides
