Kelly Residence

Buit in 1986 with minor renovations in 2010, the Kelly Residence is a superinsulated passive solar house built to make maximum use of the site. Constructed with low maintenance materials and requiring only modest amounts of energy, this house successfully demonstrates the advantages of superinsulated construction.
